At SUKU Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-dyed pieces. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all SUKU Home tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
